We handle events from 10 to 500 attendees. Intimate board retreats, mid-size team offsites and large-scale conferences or gala dinners. Our venue network covers spaces of every capacity.
We recommend a minimum of 8 to 12 weeks for mid-size events (20 to 80 people) and 4 to 6 months for large events (100+). For peak season dates (March to May, September to November), earlier planning secures the best venues and rates.
We manage all accommodation logistics: hotel block bookings, villa rentals, rooming lists and check-in coordination. For flights, we can recommend travel management partners or coordinate group bookings upon request.
